GeoConcepts has substantial experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). Because the Phase I ESA serves as an innocent land owner defense, it is important that the study be completed in accordance with the applicable ASTM standards.
GeoConcepts’ technical approach focuses on identifying all recognized environmental concerns associated with the site, as well as using all available resources to adequately evaluate the impact of the recognized environmental concerns.
