Services

GeoConcepts provides comprehensive geotechnical engineering services including both design and construction phase services. Our design services include subsurface investigations, soil laboratory testing, shallow and deep foundation analysis and design, slope stability analysis, sinkhole identification and mitigation, and geologic mapping.

These services are complemented by our environmental services, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater sampling and analysis, and underground storage tank (UST) management and removal.

Our construction services include testing of earthwork and paving, observation of shallow and deep foundation subgrades, observation of concrete reinforcement including post tensioning, observation of concrete and masonry placement and compression testing, structural steel inspections, fireproofing inspections, and roofing inspection.
