Geotechnical Construction Testing
The project consisted of an industrial/flex building development
where GeoConcepts provided the geotechnical engineering
design and construction testing for 6 buildings and associated
roadways within a 2-year period. The buildings had plan
areas of approximately 70,000 to 120,000 SF each
and 1- to 2-stories above grade. The project was completed
as a “fast track” project with typical construction
hours of 12 to 14 hours per day, 6 to 7 days per week.
