GeoConcepts provided geotechnical engineering design and
construction services for development of a 244-acre office
park development including six, 1 to 2-story office/flex
buildings, infrastructure utilities and roadways, a VDOT
entrance off of Leesburg Pike (Rt. 7) and a stormwater
management plan. The development included extensive infrastructure
consisting of roadways, utilities and a storm water management
pond that was completed as a “wet pond” with
a permanent pool.
