The project consists of a new mixed use development near
Battlefield Parkway, in the Town of Leesburg. The commercial
and residential components of the project were developed
by different clients, with Keane Enterprises completing
the commercial component and Pulte Homes completing the
residential component. The commercial development will
consist of a mixture of commercial and retail buildings,
roadways, parking areas, and associated utilities. The
residential project will involve construction of multi-family
condominium buildings, townhomes, a recreation center,
and other associated amenities. GeoConcepts’ original
scope of services was expanded when it was determined that
the previous studies completed by others did not include
karst considerations.
