Prince William County Administration Building is located at County Court Complex. The project consisted of constructing a new 2-story 100,000 SF office building adjacent to the existing McCoart Building. The building was to be used for administrative offices and meeting spaces. The proposed plaza between the McCoart Building and the new administration building will consist of a trellis-covered walkway surrounding a grassed courtyard area. Two new surface parking lots, parking decks, a new access road and deceleration lane were designed for the project. In addition to the building and roadway improvements, an evaluation was completed on the existing storm water management facility at the site.
