Founded in 1956, Flint Hill Preparatory School is an independent day school located in Oakton, Virginia. With growing enrollment, the school purchased 30 acres of additional land adjacent to their property for the new Upper School Campus designated as the “West Campus” for grades 9 through 12. The Upper School West Campus features include music and instrumental rehearsal studios, two computer science labs, a gym and fitness center, a 400 meter six lane all weather track, eight tennis courts, two multi-use athletic fields, and a new baseball field. In 2006, the Flint Hill Upper School started a new project consisting of a new synthetic turf field, new utilities, and access roadways.
