Ms. Lewis has over 26 years of experience in all aspects of business management, operations and staffing. She is responsible for management of day-to-day business operations, strategic planning, and human resources.

Mr. Burkart has more than 22 years experience in geotechnical engineering and materials testing, and has provided project design and technical review of over 1,500 projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Lewis has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental, and hydrogeologic engineering. He oversees the daily technical operations of the company. Mr. Lewis is a member of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), American Society Foundation Engineers (ASFE), Eisenhower Partnership Board of Directors and Route 28 Highway Improvement Advisory Board
 
R. Drew Thomas, CPG

Mr. Thomas has over 15 years of experience in geophysics, geotechnical, environmental, geologic engineering, and ground water resource investigations. He is an active member in the Association of Engineering Geologists and Northern Virginia Building Industry Association.
 
Kristy Balwinski, PE, LEED AP

Ms. Balwinski has more than 14 years experience in environmental, hydrogeologic, and geotechnical engineering. She is responsible for managing IT resources, operational processes within the firm, and internal marketing. She is an active member in Commercial Real Estate Women.

Debra Hare

For over 19 years, Ms. Hare has developed successful marketing, business development, and public relations strategies for professional service firms. She is an active member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA), and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
 
Daniel Gradishar, PE
Environmental Services Manager

Mr. Gradishar has 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction management, and environmental studies. He is actively involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, and the Geo-Institute.
